GiffGaff failure

I buy ₤10 goodybg in Heathrow airport(LHR).

🔻JULY 9, 2018.

In Lisbon airport, I turned on my cellphone.

I got a message.

 🔻Message said....

I called 112.

It said my allowance is 0.

 🔻I checked my cellphone data,

just 408MB used.

Didn't I have 3G data???

 🔻I tried to top-up with my credit card.

But it fail again and again 3 times.

I really didn't know what happen to my cellphone?

I just turned it off in Heathrow airport, and turned it on in Lisbon airport.

It worked in London, but fail in Lisbon.
